Forest Bath Salts

Mineral rich bath salts provide muscle relaxation, stress relief, detoxification and skin soothing. Pink Himalayan salt, epsom salt, Dead Sea salts are rich in magnesium, potassium, iron and numerous vital minerals that are absorbed through the skin to ease aches, improve circulation, soften skin and promote calm and improve sleep.

Balsam needles, juniper berries and cedar greens are added and blended with the same 'forest bathing' essential oils as my aromatherapy roller.
